Wanlistone announced that shareholder holding more than 5%, Vice Chairman and General Manager Zou Peng, from March 11, 2022, to January 8, 2026, has cumulatively reduced his holdings by 2.2719 million shares, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, with his shareholding ratio decreasing from 8.05% to 6.10%. The reason for the reduction is personal funding needs, and the reduction was carried out through centralized bidding and block trading. During this period, the company's total share capital changed due to incentive plans and private placements. This reduction is within the disclosed plan and does not violate relevant regulations, and the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
