The shares will come from the company's repurchased stock, with a total transfer not exceeding 1.04715 million shares, accounting for approximately 1.02% of the total share capital. The duration will start from the date the draft is approved by the shareholders' meeting and the last stock transfer is completed. The plan will be unlocked in two phases, with each phase unlocking 50%. Some procedures have been completed, but it still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting
