# Sunshine Dairy: Changes in the equity of shareholders holding more than 5%, shareholding ratio decreased to 70%

Sunshine Dairy announced that its shareholder Nanchang Zhihe and its concerted party Sunshine Group's shareholding ratio decreased from 72.74% to 70.00%, reaching a 5% integer multiple. From February 6 to July 9, 2024, Sunshine Group increased its holdings by 3.6869 million shares, accounting for 1.30%; from June 27 to September 2, 2025, it will sell the increased shares. From January 9 to 20, 2026, Nanchang Zhihe will reduce its holdings by 7.738 million shares, accounting for 2.74%. Nanchang Zhihe plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%, and the current reduction plan has not been fully implemented. This change will not lead to a change in the company's control
