HC ENV TECH acquires Shandong production line for 71.17 million RMB
HC ENV TECH (02265.HK) announced the acquisition of 100% equity in Laizhou Jinxing Chemical, a mainland chemical product production and sales business, from two independent third parties. The latter holds an industrial land located in the Yinhai Chemical Industry Park in Laizhou, Shandong Province, adjacent to the group's existing factory. It is expected to start operations no later than the third quarter of this year after completion, with a cash consideration of RMB 71.17 million, to be funded by internal resources and/or bank loans
