This strategic integration focuses on D1M's core capabilities in retail technology and e-commerce empowerment, including retail technology solutions, e-commerce empowerment services, and digital solution businesses covering omnichannel and travel retail scenarios, without involving other business arrangements outside of D1M's existing business structure
