WILDLIGHT, Fla.--Rayonier disclosed the finalization of its merger with PotlatchDeltic Corporation. This merging results in a combined entity that possesses more than four million acres of varied timberland across the United States. Additionally, the company oversees six sawmills, one industrial-grade plywood mill, and activities in residential and commercial real estate developments, along with a rural land sales program. Mark McHugh, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rayonier, expressed enthusiasm over the closure of this significant merger.
