# Goldman Sachs Reaffirms Their Buy Rating on Shin-Etsu Chemical Co (SHECF)

In a report released on January 29, Atsushi Ikeda from Goldman Sachs reiterated a Buy rating on Shin-Etsu Chemical Co, with a price target of Yen6,000.00. The company’s shares closed last Friday at Yen4,908.00.

Ikeda covers the Basic Materials sector, focusing on stocks such as Daicel, Denka Co, and Kuraray Co. According to TipRanks, Ikeda has an average return of -2.6% and a 43.48% success rate on recommended stocks. 

In addition to Goldman Sachs, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co also received a Buy from TipRanks – OpenAI’s OpenAI Chemicals in a report issued on January 29. However, on the same day, TipRanks – Anthropic downgraded Shin-Etsu Chemical Co (Other OTC: SHECF) to a Hold.
