Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region issued a notice to publicly solicit private enterprises to participate in the investment of the Xinjiang (Southern Xinjiang) power transmission ultra-high voltage direct current project to Sichuan and Chongqing.
