# 【Corporate Earnings Surprise】LANDSEA LIFE expects to turn a loss into a profit of no less than 21 million RMB last year

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 11th, LANDSEA LIFE (01965) announced that it expects to record a profit of no less than HKD 21 million (RMB, the same below) for the year ending December 31 last year, with a loss of HKD 300 million for the fiscal year 2024.

The group stated that the turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to a decrease in impairment losses on trade receivables and other receivables, while it recorded an impairment loss of HKD 140 million on goodwill and intangible assets for the fiscal year 2024.
