MINIMAX launched the programming model MiniMax M2.5 to compete with Claude Opus 4.6

MINIMAX (00100.HK) has launched its latest flagship programming model MiniMax M2.5, announcing it as a production-level model natively designed for Agent scenarios, which rivals international top models in programming and agent performance (Coding & Agentic), benchmarking against Claude Opus 4.6. It supports full-stack programming development for PC, App, and cross-platform applications, particularly leading the industry (SOTA) in core productivity scenarios such as advanced Excel processing, in-depth research, and PPT.

It is reported that the M2.5 model has an activation parameter count of only 10B, showing significant advantages in memory usage and inference energy efficiency, supporting an ultra-high throughput of 100 TPS, with inference speed surpassing international top models.

MINIMAX is currently priced at 588 yuan, up 14.62%, with a trading volume of 3.485 million shares, involving a capital of 2.025 billion yuan
