G&O Maritime Group A/S today announces that its wholly owned subsidiaryGertsen& Olufsen A/S has entered in an agreement to acquire Eltronic FuelTech A/S.

Furthermore, the Company has received firm commitments to complete a EUR 40million bond tap issue ("Tap Issue") under its existing senior secured bondswith maturity date 6 December 2028 (ISIN NO0013413872).
