According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FS Holdings (300071.SZ) announced that its shareholder Ms. Song Chunjing plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 19,277,686 shares (accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading from March 18, 2026, to June 17, 2026
