# Shenzhen second-hand housing prices have risen for three consecutive months, with an average price of 62,000 yuan per square meter in February

The latest data released by the LeYouJia Research Center shows that the average transaction price of second-hand residential properties in Shenzhen reached 62,000 yuan/sqm in February 2026, an increase of 7.3% month-on-month. It is worth noting that this marks the third consecutive month of rising prices for second-hand homes in Shenzhen, with signs of market stabilization and recovery becoming increasingly evident.
