# WBC: The company's equity distribution no longer meets the listing conditions and will continue to be suspended from trading

36Kr learned that WBC announced that, according to statistics from the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, as of February 27, 2026, there were 1,459 shareholders who accepted the offer, with a total of 54,524,555 publicly tradable shares without selling restrictions. According to the effective conditions stipulated in the "Tender Offer Report of Wafangdian Bearing Co., Ltd.", this tender offer has become effective. As of the date of this announcement, the settlement and transfer procedures for this tender offer have been completed. Since the number of shares held by the public accounts for less than 10% of the total shares of the company, the company's equity distribution no longer meets the listing conditions. According to relevant regulations, the company's stock will continue to be suspended from trading from the date of this announcement
