# Tencent launches the out-of-the-box AI intelligent entity WorkBuddy

PingWest reported on March 9th that Tencent officially launched its all-scenario AI intelligent product WorkBuddy, according to Tencent Cloud's official announcement. This product is seen as Tencent's version of "Little Lobster," aimed at addressing user pain points related to the overly complex environment deployment of similar open-source tools like OpenClaw, achieving "download and use" without cloud configuration, allowing users to experience AI outsourcing more conveniently.

According to the introduction, WorkBuddy is fully compatible with OpenClaw's skills and can seamlessly connect to various office communication tools such as WeChat Work, QQ, and Feishu, with remote connection configuration completed in as little as one minute. It comes with over 20 Skills skill packages built-in and supports the MCP protocol, enabling unlimited capability expansion. In terms of security and management, the product is based on Tencent's CodeBuddy architecture, providing unified accounts, billing systems, and enterprise-level security audit capabilities.

With this release, Tencent also offers a no-threshold experience subsidy for domestic users, where new users can receive 5000 Credits upon download to drive AI in executing various office automation tasks. Previously, WorkBuddy has been tested internally by over 2,000 non-technical employees at Tencent to enhance office efficiency.
