Coolpad Group (02369.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss between HKD 105 million and HKD 125 million for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a loss of HKD 252 million in the previous year. The narrowing of the loss is mainly due to the group's implementation of strategic cost control measures, with administrative expenses reduced by approximately HKD 55 million; and the sale of CLSK investments and the transfer of partial patent usage rights, resulting in other income and profit increasing by approximately HKD 168 million
