Jayud Global Logistics announces pricing of $6.7M registered direct offering
Jayud Global Logistics (JYD) has announced a registered direct offering of 5,025,000 Class A ordinary shares at $1.34 per share, totaling approximately $6.73 million in gross proceeds. The offering is set to close around March 17, 2026, with proceeds aimed at general corporate purposes, including working capital and overseas expansion. Following the announcement, JYD's stock fell 12.37% to $2.55 in after-hours trading.
