# CCTV 315 Gala names Yifeng Electronics! The major shareholder behind it is the A-share company DFD

On the evening of March 15, CCTV's 315 Gala exposed the issue of bleached chicken feet, with Henan Yifeng Electronic New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yifeng Electronics") being named. Beijing Business Daily reporters found that Yifeng Electronics is a holding company of DFD, which is listed on the A-share market. The equity relationship shows that DFD, Henan Xingtong Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), Sun Xiaofeng, Henan Jufuxing New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and Cui Shebao hold 54%, 25.6%, 14.4%, 4%, and 2% of the shares of Yifeng Electronics, respectively.
