# [Corporate Profit Warning] FIRST SERVICE expects last year's losses to expand to no more than 40 million RMB

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 18th, FIRST SERVICE (02107) announced that it expects a loss of no more than RMB 40 million for the year ending December 31 last year, an increase from a loss of RMB 6.3 million in 2024.

The group stated that the loss increase is due to the impairment loss recognized as a result of the underperformance of the acquired Qingdao Luohang.

The group expects to announce its performance by the end of March. (wh)
