SiS International Holdings ( (HK:0529) ) has provided an update.

SiS International Holdings reported revenue of HK$9.63 billion for 2025, up from HK$9.01 billion in 2024, with gross profit rising to HK$835.4 million, supported by higher other income and reduced other losses. Despite stronger top-line performance, profit attributable to shareholders dropped to HK$60.5 million and basic earnings per share fell to 21.8 Hong Kong cents, reflecting pressure from higher income tax expense and a larger fair value loss on investment properties.

Non-controlling interests’ share of profit increased to HK$102.4 million, supporting total profit of HK$162.9 million, while total comprehensive income surged to HK$259.9 million on the back of favourable exchange differences and fair value gains on equity instruments. The results highlight a business that is expanding revenue and underlying operating income, but whose bottom line remains sensitive to property valuation movements and tax costs, with a growing share of earnings accruing to minority shareholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:0529) stock is a Buy with a HK$2.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on SiS International Holdings stock, see the HK:0529 Stock Forecast page.
