# LG Chem's Two Lithium Battery Patent Appeals in China Rejected; Ronbay Technology: Favorable for Subsidiary's Patent Dispute Resolution with LG Chem

Recently, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court made a first-instance judgment on two Chinese invention patent invalidation administrative disputes initiated by LG Chem (Korea), rejecting LG Chem's litigation requests and upholding the CNIPA's examination decision to declare both patent rights entirely invalid.
