# Jitaike's Hong Kong IPO Receives CSRC Filing

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has issued a filing notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of Jitaike (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and the "full circulation" of its domestic unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 273,495,000 ordinary shares for listing overseas on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The company's 39 shareholders plan to convert a total of 851,697,111 domestic unlisted shares they hold into overseas listed shares for trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
