# SFK released its annual performance, with a profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 15.99 million, a year-on-year decrease of 42.42%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SFK (01447) announced its annual performance for the year ending December 31, 2025. The group achieved revenue of HKD 4.627 billion, an increase of 0.4% year-on-year; the profit attributable to equity shareholders was HKD 15.99 million, a decrease of 42.42% year-on-year; earnings per share were HKD 0.04, and a final dividend of HKD 0.02 per share is proposed.

The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was due to the combined effects of the following factors: a decrease of approximately HKD 218 million in revenue from general building operations, a decrease of approximately HKD 8.78 million in revenue from other services, which was offset by an increase of approximately HKD 245 million in revenue from civil engineering operations
