# ZHONG JU INVEST Executive Director and CEO Luo Houjie resigns as Chairman, appoints Liu Yuan as Executive Director and Chairman

According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 26th, ZHONG JU INVEST (01959) announced that Liu Yuan has been appointed as the Executive Director and Chairman, while Luo Houjie has resigned as Chairman but remains as Executive Director and CEO. Both changes are effective from yesterday.

The group stated that Liu Yuan previously served as the Head of Technology Investment and Strategic Planning and Senior Director at Blue Canyon Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore. He is entitled to an annual director's remuneration of HKD 2.4 million. (wh)
