# BEIJING JIAYE: Received a total of RMB 57.81 million in relocation compensation

According to the announcement from BEIJING JIAYE (02210), regarding the relocation compensation for the Chengjian Xingfa gas station, on March 27, 2026, the company, Chengjian Real Estate (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), and Haicheng Xingtai (as the implementing unit/relocator) entered into a relocation compensation agreement. According to this agreement, Haicheng Xingtai agrees to compensate for the termination of the operating rights of the Xingfa gas station and the relocation losses of its above-ground buildings, structures, and equipment through monetary compensation. The group will receive a total of RMB 57.81 million as the allocated relocation compensation.

The Xingfa gas station is an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, wholly owned by Chengjian Real Estate, and is a limited liability company registered in China. Its main business includes retail of refined oil, retail of tobacco products, food sales, alcoholic beverage operations, car wash services, and sales of daily necessities
