Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. announced that in 2025, it achieved operating revenue of 47.11 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.25%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 21.02 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 36.10%; and basic earnings per share was 0.647 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.09 yuan (including tax) per share to all shareholders registered on the record date for the 2025 equity distribution. As of December 31, 2025, the company's total share capital was 32.32 billion shares, based on which the total planned cash dividend distribution is 2.91 billion yuan (including tax).
