ZHENGZHOU BANK (06196.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ended last December, with revenue of RMB 12.941 billion, an increase of 0.4% year-on-year. Net profit was RMB 1.895 billion, an increase of 1% year-on-year; earnings per share were RMB 0.16. The board of directors recommended not to distribute a final dividend, compared to a distribution of RMB 0.2 per 10 shares in the same period last year
