# CNQC INT'L released its annual performance, with profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 67.225 million, a year-on-year increase of 47.49%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CNQC INT'L (01240) announced its final results for the year ending December 31, 2025, with revenue of HKD 8.978 billion, a decrease of 9.35% year-on-year; profit attributable to shareholders of HKD 67.225 million, an increase of 47.49% year-on-year; and basic earnings per share of HKD 0.041.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a reduction in income from property development in Singapore during the reporting period
