# TY PHAR. plans to grant 13.7296 million restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TY PHAR. (002728.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2026 restricted stock incentive plan, which proposes to grant a total of 13,729,618 restricted stocks to the incentive objects (the total number of people to be granted for the first time is 197). The initial grant of rights is 11,438,000 shares, and the grant price (including reserves) is 7.37 yuan/share. The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of completion of the registration of the first grant of restricted stocks to the date when all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive objects are fully released from restrictions or repurchased and canceled, not exceeding 48 months
