# C&D INTL GROUP and C&D PROPERTY subsidiaries signed a memorandum of understanding for the acquisition of C&D City Services and Lianfa Property

According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 10th, C&D INTL GROUP (01908) and C&D PROPERTY (02156) jointly announced that their subsidiary Xiamen Yirui has signed a memorandum of understanding with the seller regarding the potential full acquisition of the target companies C&D City Services and Lianfa Property's 100% equity.

The target company C&D City Services mainly engages in urban public services and urban space operations, while Lianfa Property primarily conducts property management business in China, mainly providing residential and commercial property management services for properties developed by Xiamen Lianfa and its affiliates.
