# New York Copper Futures Rise 1.8%, Spot Platinum Rises 2.5%, New York Copper Up Approx. 5.1% This Week

At the end of New York trading on Friday (April 10), spot silver rose 0.92% to $76.0320/oz, with a cumulative increase of 3.95% this week, and rose significantly in early Asia-Pacific trade on April 8. COMEX silver futures fell 0.12% to $76.345/oz, with a cumulative increase of 4.73% this week. COMEX copper futures rose 1.79% to $5.8675/lb, with a cumulative increase of 5.09% this week. Spot platinum fell 2.49% to $2049.71/oz, with a cumulative increase of 2.98% this week. Spot palladium fell 1.56% to $1525.91/oz, with a cumulative increase of 1.53% this week.
