CATL and Jianlong strive to deploy over 3,000 electric heavy trucks during the 14th Five-Year Plan period

Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) and CHINNEY ALLI recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Ningde, Fujian. The two parties will engage in deep cooperation in areas such as the new energy transformation of the steel industry, green smart mines, logistics electrification, zero-carbon parks, and supply chain collaboration. They aim to deploy over 3,000 electric heavy trucks during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, complete the battery swap layout for no less than 16 logistics hub routes, and establish and operate 100 battery swap stations.

In addition, both parties will promote centralized and distributed wind and solar projects, using the CHINNEY ALLI industrial park as a pilot to explore a dual empowerment path for the new energy transformation of high-energy-consuming industries and the industrialization of new energy
