# Packaging high prosperity CPO + undervalued new energy, ChiNext 50 continues to lead in growth

Today, the market showed significant differentiation, with the ChiNext Index leading the gains. From the sector perspective, the CPO concept and battery supply chain were repeatedly active, with the ChiNext 50 Index (399673.SZ) rising by 0.96% during the session.

In terms of related ETFs, the largest ChiNext 50 ETF in the market, Huaan (159949), increased by 1.41%, with a current price of 1.659 yuan, continuing to set a new historical high. The top ten holdings accounted for 65.86%, among which CATL rose by 3.6%, hitting a new historical high, while Dongfang Caifu increased by 0.91%, and Zhongji Xuchuang fell by 0.33%. As of the last trading day's data, this fund had a cumulative increase of 10.17% over the past five days, showing strong momentum.

On the news front, since 2026, the lithium battery market has continued to maintain a high level of prosperity. The latest research data from Dazhong Shidai Think Tank shows that through tracking the production capacity of the top 20 battery manufacturers in the industry, the total production capacity of China's lithium battery market in April 2026 is approximately 235GWh, a month-on-month increase of 7.3%, with energy storage cell production accounting for 41.3%.

Huajin Securities stated that the A-share market has seen a bottom in the short term, showing a strong bottoming oscillation trend, with economic and profit fundamentals continuing to improve, external risks easing, policies remaining positive, and liquidity staying loose, which is expected to lead to a return of funds to the stock market, creating an overall favorable market environment.

Bank of China Securities indicated that as market risk appetite gradually recovers, A-shares are expected to return to fundamental pricing, with large-cap, high-profit, and high-valuation styles likely to dominate. The profit factor, after deviating in the first quarter, is expected to regain its advantage, making the ChiNext Index and other broad-based indices worthy of attention.
