# CGN NEW ENERGY: March electricity generation fell nearly 6% year-on-year

According to the Economic Information Daily on the 13th, CGN New Energy (01811) announced that it completed a power generation of 1,663.9 GWh in March this year, a decrease of 5.7% year-on-year.

Among them, China's wind power projects decreased by 33.8%, China's solar projects increased by 50.4%, China's hydropower projects decreased by 16%, and projects in South Korea increased by 41.4%.

As of March 31 of this year, the group had accumulated a power generation of 4,764.5 GWh, a decrease of 0.1% year-on-year. Among them, China's wind power projects decreased by 15.2%, China's solar projects increased by 37.4%, China's gas projects increased by 1,200%, China's hydropower projects decreased by 8.7%, and projects in South Korea increased by 20.7%.
