# CGE: The company signed contracts with related parties totaling 121 million yuan

CGE announced that the company recently signed multiple specialized subcontracting contracts with Chengdu Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Construction Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd., with contract amounts of 80.5681 million yuan, 31.8358 million yuan, and 8.2896 million yuan, totaling 121 million yuan. Chengdu Construction is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, Xingcheng Group, and Chengdu Construction Road and Bridge is a wholly-owned grandchild company of Xingcheng Group, forming a related party relationship with the company. The above transactions are part of the company's daily operations and will not affect the company's independence, and are expected to have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance
