SUPER HI CEO Yang Lijuan resigns: returns to HAIDILAO, Li Yu takes over the position

Ms. Yang Lijuan is a veteran of HAIDILAO, having served as the manager of Sichuan HAIDILAO from June 1997 to March 2001. In June 2024, Ms. Yang resigned as Executive Director and CEO of HAIDILAO and took on the role of CEO of SUPER HI, primarily responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the group. Nearly two years later, Ms. Yang Lijuan returns to HAIDILAO, during which time Daniel Zhang has returned to the forefront, serving as CEO of HAIDILAO. With Ms. Yang's resignation, Li Yu has been reappointed as CEO of SUPER HI, no longer serving as Chief Operating Officer, while remaining as Executive Director; YOON Daejin has been appointed as Executive Director. According to information, Li Yu, 40 years old, was appointed as Executive Director on March 30, 2023, primarily responsible for the implementation and promotion of the group's development strategy, as well as the operation and enhancement of the group's restaurant business.
