Ms. Yang Lijuan will join HAIDILAO International to oversee the implementation of the company's "Pomegranate Plan." Ms. Yang Lijuan is a veteran of HAIDILAO, having served as the manager of Sichuan HAIDILAO from June 1997 to March 2001. It is rumored that she dropped out of school to help her family pay off debts and worked as a waitress in Jianyang County. Due to her quick wit and efficiency, she caught the eye of Daniel Zhang, who offered her a salary of 160 yuan to recruit her. In her first year at HAIDILAO, Ms. Yang's family faced creditors demanding repayment. Upon learning this, Daniel Zhang directly gave her 800 yuan to help her out. According to information, Li Yu, 40 years old, was appointed as Executive Director on March 30, 2023, primarily responsible for the implementation and promotion of the group's development strategy, as well as the operation and enhancement of the group's restaurant business.
