# Yangtze Communication: FiberHome Technology plans to transfer 17.20% of its shares to Xinke Technology for free

36Kr learned that Yangtze Communication announced that the company's indirect controlling shareholder, China Information Communication Technology Group, intends to transfer 56,682,297 A shares (accounting for 17.20% of the total share capital) held by FiberHome Technologies to Xinke Technology without compensation. After the completion of this transfer, FiberHome Technologies will no longer directly hold shares in the company, and Xinke Technology will hold the aforementioned shares. This transfer will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller. The company's direct controlling shareholder remains Telecom Research Institute, the indirect controlling shareholder remains China Information Communication Technology Group, and the actual controller remains the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council
