# China Chengtong Development Group's subsidiary signs a sale-leaseback agreement with Inner Mongolia Huadian Bayin Wind Power

According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, China Chengtong Development Group (00217) announced that on April 17, 2026, Chengtong Financial Leasing (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with the lessee (Inner Mongolia Huadian Bayin Wind Power Co., Ltd.). According to this agreement, Chengtong Financial Leasing will purchase leasing assets from the lessee and lease the assets back to the lessee for a period of 2 years, but it can be terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale and leaseback agreement. The leasing assets refer to several wind power generation equipment, etc
