# TIANJIN CAPITAL's subsidiary Ba Chuang Investment guarantees no more than 140 million RMB for the Qiqi Water Rights Trading and Water Intake Project

According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 20th, Tianjin Capital (01065) (Shanghai: 600874) announced that its holding subsidiary Inner Mongolia Bayannaoer Chuangye Water Investment has applied for project loans for the new water rights trading and water intake engineering project, providing guarantee collateral for the loan based on its 70% equity stake in the company. The loan principal will not exceed 136 million yuan (RMB, the same below) along with interest, penalty interest, default fees, and all other related costs.

The group indicated that Bayanchuang Company has applied for a project loan of approximately 194 million yuan from the bank, with a loan term of 20 years, and Bayanchuang Company will provide counter-guarantees for this loan. The group stated that the total amount of loan guarantees for subsidiaries is approximately 3.07 billion yuan, accounting for about 29.94% of net assets, with no overdue guarantees. (wh)
