The UK online real estate trading platform Rightmove announced that in April, the average asking price for houses in the UK rose by 0.8% or £2,929 month-on-month, reaching nearly £374,000, which is lower than the long-term average increase for April in previous years (1.2%). Year-on-year, it fell by 0.9%.
