On April 21, CHANGAN AUTOMOBILE stated that it will integrate resources to advance full strategic synergy between its new luxury brand Avatr and the mid-to-high-end new energy brand Deepal, adopting a model of independent front-end operations with coordinated middle and back-end functions, while maintaining independent operations for both brands. The objective is to build a global mid-to-high-end brand portfolio exceeding 1.5 million units, with overseas sales accounting for over 40%.
