# CDB LEASING appoints Bao Quanyong as president

According to the announcement from CDB LEASING (01606), the board of directors approved in a meeting held on April 24, 2026, the appointment of Mr. Bao Quanyong as the company's president, while also nominating Mr. Bao as the company's executive director.
