# LEPU BIO-B plans to appoint Fan Xinyu as a supervisor

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, LEPU BIO-B (02157) has proposed to appoint Ms. Fan Xinyu as a supervisor. If approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting, her term will commence from the date the relevant resolution is passed at the annual general meeting until the expiration of the second board of directors' term, but she may be re-elected after her term expires
