Nikon Begins Commercial Deployment of its Next-Generation APDIS MV5X Laser Radar System Powered by Aeva

In Mountain View, California and Brighton, Michigan, a collaboration between Aeva® (Nasdaq: AEVA) and Nikon Metrology, LLC has led to the development of advanced sensing and perception systems. Aeva's Eve high-precision sensor technology is now integrated into Nikon Corporation's latest APDIS MV5X Laser Radar system. This system marks the beginning of its commercial utilization following a multi-year production agreement between the two companies. The agreement focuses on incorporating Aeva’s innovative technology into Nikon's products aimed at high-volume automated robotic inspection and metrology applications.
