# CDB LEASING plans to purchase household photovoltaic power stations and their supporting equipment for 2.851 billion yuan

According to the announcement from CDB LEASING (01606), the company, as the buyer, has entered into an asset purchase agreement with the seller (Shanghai Trina Fuhua Energy Co., Ltd.) on April 29, 2026. Under this agreement, the seller agrees to sell to the buyer household photovoltaic power stations and their supporting equipment located in Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Province, and Anhui Province, and the buyer agrees to purchase the aforementioned assets, with a total price of approximately RMB 2.851 billion.

The establishment of the asset purchase agreement is beneficial for fully leveraging the advantages of all parties, increasing the company's market share in the operating leasing market of household photovoltaic new energy, and aligns with the company's business development strategy
