# In the first quarter, BII TRANS TECH accumulated new signed and awarded project amounts of approximately 437 million yuan

According to the announcement from BII TRANS TECH (01522), as of March 31, 2026, the group has signed new contracts and won bids amounting to approximately RMB 437 million within three months.

In terms of market expansion, in the domestic market, the group successfully won the bid for the procurement project of communication integration equipment for the Beijing Subway Line 1 branch in the first quarter, with a bid amount of approximately RMB 225 million, undertaking construction services for communication, office automation, passenger information, and AFC systems. This is another important project with multiple specialties and units in the capital's rail transit market, following the Beijing Subway Lines 13 and 22, continuously contributing to the urban construction of Beijing. In the overseas market, the group has signed contracts for the supply and operation and maintenance projects of supporting systems for Mumbai Metro Line 4, as well as the onboard passenger information system projects for Mumbai Metro Lines 5 and 6, with contract amounts of approximately RMB 45.44 million and RMB 43.24 million, respectively, maintaining the group's leading advantage in the onboard passenger information system segment in Mumbai and even India, fully demonstrating the international competitiveness of the group's rail transit products and solutions.

In terms of technological innovation, the group closely follows the development direction of smart rail transit, continuously strengthening its layout and resource investment in scientific and technological innovation. The group's independently developed "RuiShu" rail transit large model adopts an "1+2+1+N" open architecture, possessing efficient development and collaboration capabilities for multiple intelligent agents, and has achieved practical applications for more than 10 types of industry intelligent agents, including passenger services, equipment operation and maintenance, operational organization, and enterprise management. In the first quarter, the group orderly promoted the optimization and upgrading of this large model product and the preliminary preparation for industrial application, and recently facilitated its successful registration as a generative artificial intelligence service in Beijing, becoming the first large model application product in the Beijing rail transit industry to complete this registration, marking a significant progress for the group in the deep integration of artificial intelligence and the rail transit industry
