# CDB LEASING purchases 2.85 billion yuan worth of household photovoltaic power stations and supporting equipment for leasing operations

According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 30th, CDB LEASING (01606) announced that it has spent RMB 2.851 billion to purchase residential photovoltaic power stations and their supporting equipment from Shanghai Trina Wealth Energy.

The group stated that the purchase includes residential photovoltaic power stations and their supporting equipment located in Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Province, and Anhui Province, with the net asset value of the relevant assets being equal to the acquisition price. The seller will not separately account for the profits from the procurement of the assets. The group indicated that the relevant assets will be used for operating lease business and will be leased to third-party tenants under separate operating lease contracts as the lessor. (wh)
