# Eontec plans to issue new shares to raise no more than 800 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Eontec (300328.SZ) has announced a plan to issue shares to specific targets for the year 2026. The total amount of funds raised in this issuance will not exceed RMB 800 million (including the principal), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting related issuance costs is intended to be used for the following projects: Hunan Yihai Amorphous Alloy Project (Phase I), Dongguan Production Base Digital Upgrade and Transformation Project, and to supplement working capital
