# Siliconware Precision Industries invested NT$ 10.8 billion to purchase the factories of Hanyu Color Display and Jingjin Nanke

Siliconware Precision Industries, a subsidiary of ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd., has invested NT$ 10.8 billion to purchase the Nanke factory and associated facilities from Han's Laser Technology and Jeng Jin Technology for operational use.

ASE Technology Holding announced on behalf of Siliconware that it will purchase the factory located at No. 7, Beiyuan 1st Road, Shanhua District, Tainan City, from Han's Laser Technology for NT$ 4.32 billion. The building area is 92,848 square meters, equivalent to approximately 28,086 ping.

Siliconware also announced that it will purchase the factory located at No. 7, Beiyuan 1st Road, Shanhua District, Tainan City, from Jeng Jin Technology for NT$ 6.48 billion, including the 4th to 6th floors and basement, along with associated facilities. The building area is 93,974 square meters, equivalent to approximately 28,427 ping.

Han's Laser Technology estimates a disposal gain of approximately NT$ 2.16 billion, contributing about NT$ 0.76 to earnings per share; Jeng Jin Technology estimates a disposal gain of approximately NT$ 4.06 billion, contributing about NT$ 5.06 to earnings per share
